Payment gateway integration in Peru

Charge from your own system — with the receipt, the invoice and the reconciliation solved, not just a checkout button.

Plugging a gateway into an off-the-shelf store is a plugin. Charging from your own system is another matter: you have to handle tokenization without touching card data, reconcile webhooks against your database, decide what happens when the payment succeeds but your system doesn't hear back, and make sure every charge ends up invoiced and reconciled.

We have integrated Culqi and Niubiz in production — the two ends of the Peruvian market — and connected the result to SAP Business One so every charge invoices itself. That is the part almost nobody writes about, and the part that breaks.

// what we solve

What we build for you.

Culqi and Niubiz, in production

Culqi for a fast, developer-friendly integration; Niubiz when you need the country's largest processor and its anti-fraud layer.

Tokenization without touching card data

The card never reaches your servers: embedded checkout and tokenization, which is what keeps PCI DSS scope manageable.

Webhooks that don't lose a payment

Idempotency, retries and state reconciliation — so a charge that succeeded at the gateway is never lost in your system.

Yape, Plin and cash

The wallets that move Peru, plus cash networks, through the gateway that supports each one.

Charging from abroad

Stripe and Mercado Pago when you sell outside Peru, alongside the local rails.

Invoicing and reconciliation

Every charge tied to its receipt, its electronic invoice (SUNAT) and its bank reconciliation — so the month closes on its own.

Senior engineering

Whoever designs your system writes it. No juniors learning at your expense.

Real cases

Not theory: systems in production, including the public sector.

// frequently asked questions

What people usually ask us.

Which gateways have you integrated in production?

Culqi and Niubiz, plus SAP Business One for automatic invoicing. We work with Izipay, Yape, Plin, Stripe and Mercado Pago as well; we'll tell you honestly which one fits your case.

Culqi or Niubiz?

Culqi has the most modern API and the fastest integration — ideal for startups and SMEs. Niubiz is the country's largest processor, with the strongest anti-fraud layer and negotiable rates at volume; it takes more development and testing, especially for refunds and payment states.

Do I have to comply with PCI DSS?

Any online payment operation is subject to PCI DSS, but the expensive part is avoidable: with embedded checkout and tokenization the card data never touches your server, which drastically reduces your scope.

Can I charge with Yape or Plin from my system?

Yes, through the gateways that support them (Culqi, Izipay, Niubiz) or directly via the bank's API when the volume justifies it.

Does the charge invoice itself?

That is the point. We connect the payment with your invoicing — SUNAT electronic invoicing and, if you use it, SAP Business One — so no one re-keys anything.

You talk with the engineer who’d design your system, not a salesperson. No strings attached.
