Custom Software Development in Peru

Systems, platforms and APIs built for your operation — not force-fit into a generic off-the-shelf product.

When the process you want to systematize is your edge —or no product on the market covers it without distorting it— you need custom software. We design and build the solution end to end: from architecture to production, with the code as an asset that belongs to you.

We work with companies across Peru that treat software as a competitive advantage, not an expense. And if an off-the-shelf product would solve your case better, we’ll tell you.

The difference between a project that lands and one that rots is rarely the language or the framework. It is whether someone understood the operation before writing code, whether the integrations were thought through from the start, and whether the system holds on the busiest day of the year. Those three things are what we work on; the stack is a consequence.

We do it with small, senior teams. The person who listens to you in the meeting is the person who writes the code — there is no management layer translating between you and whoever builds, which is where half the information gets lost in the projects that fail.

// what we do

What the service includes.

  • Discovery with a fixed estimate

We understand your operation before writing any code: which process hurts, who runs it today, and what counts as done. That produces a written scope and a number that does not shift halfway through.

  • Architecture built to scale

We design the technical foundation around how you will grow and the integrations you actually need. It is where the expensive-to-change decisions live: the data model and the system’s boundaries.

  • Senior full-stack development

The people who design your system are the ones who write it. Sprints with a demo every two weeks, so you see working software instead of a percentage on a spreadsheet.

  • Integrations with what you already run

ERPs like SAP Business One, payment gateways, SUNAT e-invoicing, RENIEC identity validation and State services through the PIDE. Usually half the real work.

  • QA and security in every release

We test quality and security during development, not as a phase at the end. If your operation has a peak day, we rehearse it before it arrives.

  • Deployment, monitoring and support

Automated deployment, monitoring and a rollback plan. Then a warranty period and maintenance with an SLA if you need it. The code and the documentation are yours from day one.

// how we work

From the first meeting to production.

  1. 01

    Discovery

One or two weeks understanding the operation: which process hurts, who runs it today, which systems it has to talk to and what counts as done. What comes out is a written scope and a fixed estimate — not a range that moves later.

  2. 02

    Architecture and plan

We define the technical foundation around how you will grow and the integrations you actually need, not around whatever is fashionable. This is where the expensive-to-change decisions get made: the data model, the system’s boundaries and how it ships.

  3. 03

    Build in sprints

Two-week cycles with a demo at the end of each one. You see working software, not a percentage on a sheet. If something needs correcting, it gets corrected in the next sprint rather than in month eight.

  4. 04

    Testing and go-live

QA and security during development, not as a phase at the end. We ship with automated deployment, monitoring and a rollback plan — and with a real load test if your operation has a peak day.

  5. 05

    Support and evolution

A warranty period and, if you need it, a maintenance plan with an SLA. We hand over the repository and the documentation from day one: if tomorrow you decide to continue with another team, you can.

When you should not hire us

If your process is a commodity —accounting, payroll, standard invoicing— an off-the-shelf product will cost less and work sooner; building it custom is burning budget. If you need something in production in two weeks, we are not the option either: a serious Discovery already takes that long. And if nobody on your side can make decisions with us every two weeks, the project will stretch no matter who builds it. We would rather say so on the first call than have you find out in month three.

  • Senior engineering

Whoever designs your system writes it. No juniors learning at your expense.

  • The code is 100% yours

We hand over the repository and the documentation. No lock-in.

  • Honesty

We tell you where it’s not worth spending — even if that’s hiring us.

// frequently asked questions

What people usually ask us.

How much does custom software development cost in Peru?

It depends on scope: an MVP usually runs from S/ 15,000 to 40,000, a system of medium complexity from S/ 40,000 to 150,000, and a mission-critical platform from S/ 150,000 up. The real number comes out of a Discovery, with a fixed estimate. We break it down in our cost guide.

Do I own the code?

Yes, the code is 100% yours, with no lock-in. We hand over the repository and the technical documentation.

Do you work with companies outside Lima?

Yes. We work remotely with clients across Peru, with ongoing demos and follow-up.

Custom software or an off-the-shelf product?

If your process is a commodity (accounting, payroll), an off-the-shelf product is almost always the better fit. If it’s your differentiator or demands deep integrations, custom is the way — and we’ll tell you honestly.

Do you provide maintenance after delivery?

Yes. We don’t disappear once we deliver: we support the product’s evolution with a maintenance plan and an SLA.

How long does a custom software project take?

A tightly scoped MVP is usually in production in 2 to 4 months; a system of medium complexity in 4 to 8; a platform that runs an entire operation, longer. The timeline is set less by programming than by decisions on your side and the paperwork behind integrations — if an agreement with RENIEC or SUNAT is needed, that runs in parallel from day one.

How do I know the project is on track while it is being built?

Because you see it working every two weeks. At the end of each sprint there is a demo with something usable, not a progress presentation. A percentage on a spreadsheet says nothing; a module already running says everything.

Will it integrate with the systems we already have?

That is the norm, and it is usually half the real work. We have connected systems with SAP Business One, payment gateways like Culqi and Niubiz, SUNAT e-invoicing, RENIEC identity validation and the State’s interoperability platform.

What happens if the project grows halfway through?

It gets quoted separately and you decide. What we do not do is squeeze new scope into a fixed price and quietly cut quality underneath — that is what produces systems that work in the demo and fall over in production.

Do you sign an NDA?

Yes, before the Discovery if you prefer. We work with public-sector institutions and with clubs of tens of thousands of members; confidentiality is part of the engagement, not an add-on.

Let’s talk about your project.

You talk with the engineer who’d design your system, not a salesperson. No strings attached.
