    Discovery and platform decision

    We define what the app does, for whom, and what it leans on. Native or cross-platform gets decided here, and not by preference: it depends on how much you rely on device hardware and whether you need both stores at once.

    Screen and flow design

    We prototype the whole journey before writing code. Moving a screen in the design is far cheaper than rewriting it, and it avoids the app that technically works but nobody understands.

    Building app and backend

    The app and its server move together, in sprints with a demo every two weeks. What makes an app useful almost always lives on the server side, so we do not treat it as an annex.

    Testing on real devices

    An emulator is not enough. We test on phones across price tiers, on bad networks and on low battery — which is how your people will actually use it.

    Publishing and updates

When you do not need an app

If your case is solved by a website that works well on mobile, do not build an app: you save two stores, two review cycles and the work of getting people to install it. If you will not have budget to update it, do not either — an abandoned app ages badly in the store and ends up hurting the brand more than it helps. And if the reason is that a competitor has one, that is not a reason. We say so before quoting.

What people usually ask us.

How long does it take to build an app?

A tightly scoped app is usually in the stores in 3 to 5 months, including Apple’s and Google’s reviews. A platform with several modules and integrations takes longer. Store review times are not up to us and are worth counting from the start.

Do I need my own developer accounts?

Yes, and they should be yours. The App Store Connect and Google Play accounts should be in your company’s name: that is what guarantees the app stays yours whatever happens with the supplier. We help you set them up.

What happens when iOS or Android change versions?

Every year brings changes that can break things or require adjustments to keep publishing. That is why an app is not a project you close: it needs a maintenance budget, even a small one.

Does the app work offline?

It can, if it is designed that way from the start. Storing data on the device and syncing later is an architectural decision, not a later add-on — and it costs more if requested halfway through.

Should I go native or cross-platform?

It depends. If you need maximum performance or very device-specific features, go native (Swift/Kotlin). If you want to reach iOS and Android faster with a single codebase, Flutter or React Native — which compile to native and are not web hybrid apps.

How much does it cost to develop an app in Peru?

A functional app usually starts at S/ 15,000, and a platform with several modules and integrations can run from S/ 40,000 to 150,000+ depending on scope. The cost depends mostly on the screens, the logic and the integrations.
