Server Maintenance and IT Support in Peru

Your servers monitored, updated and available — so you don’t hear about problems from your users.

A system in production needs someone to look after it. We handle the maintenance and administration of your servers —in the cloud or on-premise— with continuous monitoring, security updates and incident response, to keep your operation available and secure.

Preventive and corrective maintenance, with the same senior engineering that builds — because the best person to care for a system is the one who understands how it’s built.

// what we do

What the service includes.

  • 24/7 monitoring

We watch availability, performance and security in real time, with alerts before the problem reaches your users.

  • Updates and patches

Operating system, dependencies and security patches kept current, applied without interrupting your operation.

  • Backups and recovery

Automated backups and a tested recovery plan — so an incident doesn’t turn into a loss.

  • Incident response

Fast diagnosis and resolution when something fails, with an SLA and clear communication.

  • Continuous optimization

We tune resources and configuration so the system performs and you don’t overpay.

  • High availability

Redundancy, auto-scaling and practices to minimize downtime, from day one.

// how we work

From the first meeting to production.

  1. 01

    Initial audit

We review what exists, how it is configured, which versions run and where the risks are. The output is a report separating the urgent from the important.

  2. 02

    Instrumentation

Monitoring, alerts and centralized logging. If the system is not instrumented there is no maintenance possible — only late reaction when somebody calls.

  3. 03

    Patching and backup plan

An update schedule with an agreed window, and automated backups with a test restore. A backup that has never been restored is not a backup.

  4. 04

    On-call and response

Incident handling with response times committed in an SLA, a clear channel, and a report of what happened and what was done so it does not happen again.

  5. 05

    Periodic review

At set intervals we review usage, cost and capacity. The goal is a system that stays available without you overpaying for it.

When this is over-investment

If your system is not critical and a day of downtime costs you nothing measurable, an SLA-backed plan is overspending: basic monitoring and calling when something happens serves you better. If you already have an in-house infrastructure team with on-call, what you probably need is occasional support rather than a maintenance contract. And if nobody on your side can authorize a maintenance window, patches will pile up no matter how often we propose them.

  • Senior engineering

Whoever designs your system writes it. No juniors learning at your expense.

  • The code is 100% yours

We hand over the repository and the documentation. No lock-in.

  • Honesty

We tell you where it’s not worth spending — even if that’s hiring us.

// frequently asked questions

What people usually ask us.

What exactly does the SLA include?

Maximum response and resolution times by incident severity, the contact channel and the coverage hours. It is agreed in writing before starting: an SLA without numbers is not an SLA.

Do you maintain systems you did not build?

Yes, and it is the most common case. We start with the initial audit precisely for that: understanding somebody else’s system before committing to keeping it available.

What happens outside office hours?

It depends on the plan you take. There is business-hours coverage and extended coverage with on-call; the price difference is real and worth deciding by looking at what an hour of downtime costs you, not by default.

Do you work on our own servers or only in the cloud?

Both. Most operations run a mix, and maintenance has to cover both — monitoring half the system is no use.

Do you offer 24/7 support?

Yes. We monitor your servers continuously and respond to incidents according to the agreed SLA.

Do you maintain both cloud and on-premise servers?

Both. We administer infrastructure on AWS, Azure or GCP, as well as your own on-premise servers.

Do you only maintain systems you built?

Not necessarily. We can take over the maintenance of existing systems after an initial technical assessment.

What does maintenance include?

Monitoring, security updates and patches, backups, incident response and optimization, with periodic reports.

Let’s talk about your project.

You talk with the engineer who’d design your system, not a salesperson. No strings attached.
